Art I made for our weekly D&D game. We're playing in a home-brew world of our DM's creation, Ambarxinia. We all met on a sea voyage and due to a shipwreck had to pull together to survive. We did so and finally made it to our destination, the port city of Jaz'Nanh, capital of the desert country of Hadiq. We're trying to settle ourselves in, dealing with a few personal trials and tribulations, but as we're all new here and we've been through quite a bit we're still looking after each other.
Dehaka, a lizard man Paladin in our group, has had visions of a potential threat in the desert. Centuries ago, an evil mage named Thuzhal, obsessed with finding powerful relics from the First Empire, apparently became a Lich in order to do so. He disappeared centuries ago, but legends tell of a paladin named Durani that stopped the Lich, using his enchanted sword to imprison Thuzahl. Dehaka believes there is danger of Thuzahl being released and has vowed to stop this. We, however, are essentially novices (5th level) and no match for him. Dehaka, in his reptilian single-mindedness, is obsessed with finding Thuzahl. We still no very little about the legends, if they are even true and we have begun to do research in the local temples and arcane libraries.
There is a reference to a site called the Whispering Towers in the desert; the location of a First Empire archaeological site. That, historically, was the last place Thuzahl was seen. Partially to see if we can learn more, and partially to give Dehaka a course of action that doesn't involve sitting in a library, the group has decided to go explore what they could of the area to perhaps bolster what little they already know. We managed to convince a supply caravan heading with supplies for the dig to hire us on (at a discounted rate) as guards so we could make our way to the Whispering Towers with them. Signing on with Baros Beetle Shipping, we set off in the early morning from Jaz'Nanh alongside the massive beetles of burden laden with goods and supplies. Impatiently leading the way was our Lizard-man Paladin, Dehaka. Trailing behind was our Brass Dragonborn Fighter (Eldritch Knight) Misha. Rarely leaving her side is McKenna, a shy and inexperienced Fire-elf Druid, and behind her is Aka, a Air Genasi Ranger... rather tribal and new to the ways of civilization. Several paces behind, my own character, Kiss. A seventeen year old Tiefling spellcaster, recently escaped from the arcane gladiatorial arenas in the country of Azuma, likewise unsure of her surroundings, sticking close to her friends. Trailing behind is Braylon, a half-elf Bard of skilled of song and quick of confidence. It is a three day journey with the caravan, and we're all wondering what this excursion will hold for us.......
Finally found the time to do some art for the character I've been playing in Storm King's Thunder for the last six months... He's level 8 (3 Fighter/5 Artificer) and currently naked and being held prisoner by some Yak people. Next session is tonight; will he escape?
Update! Party went through some rough times, we lost a character, got a new one.... and now we have all new looks!
Left to Right:
Thea- Stabby Fighter Clarissa- Glamour bard (now with some cleric) Sol (me!)- Sorlock (wild magic/archfey) Lotus- Rogue (now with some bard) Solomon- Shooty fighter (now with some artificer) Aegis- 100% Barbarian BEEF
I will submit it for the record that I was the first one to multiclass so this mess wasn't my fault. JK, its all in good fun.
@seraph_runo wow, that’s really good. I’ll admit, Depending on the class the armor is a little... well, non armory, but it is still reeeeeaaaalllly good.
I watch. I wait. I listen. I like roleplaying games. Avid fan of messed up homebrew and horror rpgs. Lancer>dnd5e, go read Kill Six Billion Demons. I will shoot you with my transgenderification beam pew pew
I'm an artist and my name is Pooh so my brother (whom I game with) suggested I draw Pooh and friends as D&D characters. Here are the first three. Pooh as a human barbarian, Piglet a halfling bard and Eeyore as a centaur war veteran.
Here's the character I'll be using for my upcoming campaign, Minerva the aasimar cleric! Have a version of her pic w/ armor too but not enough difference to post both:
Also a pic of my character from my last (and first) campaign, Kai'el the high moon elf wizard (I can't find the original file, the one w/ transparency squares is the only one I have downloaded). His outfit was inspired by a yugioh card :p

Hello! I am just a relatively new D&D player, who also likes SimplePlanes and War Thunder.
My characters are:

A drawing I made of the Druid in my group.
looks well done, what did you make this in?
I use Clip Studio for the line art and then bring it over to Photoshop to do colors.
