There is a convention scheduled in my city for March 31 - April 2 and I want to run an AL Epic adventure. Is there any way I can purchase one from a previous season and get permission to run it? I was hoping to run DDEP4 or maybe DDEP5-2...
Page 3 contains information on obtaining Official Support Kits from the Customer Support Portal. They had a list of epics which were mentioned on the official D&D Discord that were being provided for the October to January time frame, I don't know if that has been updated. I think this is likely the document you want to refer to for organizational purposes.
You don't need permission to run AL at cons. Unless you want support from WOTC which will send you stuff. My information which maybe out of date. But you need 1. copy of code of conduct for the con. (I stole Dragon Con's one and changed the name.) 2. Date, location, and estimated number of customers of the con. 3. Link to Con page. And I forget what else. You can buy some epics from DMs Guild. You will have to check their prices.
Thanks for the response. DMsguild seems to only have Epics from Season 10. I was hoping to run an epic from one of the earlier seasons, but this is ok I guess.
I will probably be running one of the Season 10 epics at a Con in a couple months, but I would still like to know how to get legal copies of the previous season epics. I opened a support ticket on the wizards.com site 2 weeks ago, but so far no response at all.

I'm not an expert since I haven't done it myself. However, the following is a link to the organizers guide on the AL website:

Do you need any other help? Like how to run for a con?

And you don't have just run Epics at cons. You can run any other AL modules also.
