I'm working on creating a character using DM rewards, and I wanted to check: The Player's Guide lists a bunch of rulebooks one can use for their character creation. Are these resources also fair game for choosing DM rewards? I've tried to use the DDAL Discord, but I can't get my phone number to work at this time, so I thought I'd ask over here.

You can only claim Service Awards using the guidelines in the most recent document. It boils down to exchanging hours gained for items available in adventures already released. There's no way currently that let's you choose directly from sourcebooks.
Eg. If you want a Carpet of Flying, you need to find an AL-legal module to claim it from, within the limits / rules of the most recent Service Awards document.
