As the title says, can a druid scribe scrolls in AL? According to the players guide for season 9, you just need to be able to prepare spells to do so...but then has the (xgte) notation. According to xgte, you must have proficiency in arcana to scribe scrolls...is that a requirement in AL or is it plainly just the "be able to prepare spells" ruling in the players guide and it was referring to xgte for the pricing and downtime needed? Otherwise I have no idea what to do with my downtime other than make potions of healing.
sure, and a good caster would have a pile of those very situational scrolls handy. I'd say you need arcana - I think the goal of that paragraph in the AL PG is to say its an acceptable downtime activity, not to list all the rules of how to scribe a scroll (if that were the case, they'd be free to make as it doesn't mention the cost).
