Chainlocks are able to take "special" familiars upon receiving the Pact of the Chain pact boon. However, I can only find listing for these special familiars for the archfey, fiend, and goo warlock in the source materials i currently have access to. Is there an official source that has viable special familiars for the Celestial or other warlocks? Thanks in advance.
" Its default form can be a reflection of your patron, with sprites and pseudodragons tied to the Archfey and imps and quasits tied to the Fiend. Because the Great Old One's nature is i nscrutable, any familiar form is suitable for it."

Thanks for the enlightenment.
The key word in that sentence is "can". There is no requirement that any warlock choose a form for the familiar that somehow matches their patron. In addition, the spirit summoned is fey, fiend or celestial and you can have the spirit assume any of the possible forms. You could have a celestial spirit take the form of an imp for example.
Mechanically, this is important, because the special familiars are not equal in capability. The imp is by far the best form with magic resistance, some damage immunities and resistance, more hit points, more alternate forms and invisibility. If I was playing a celestial warlock I would likely just reskin the imp as a the form of a minor celestial with the same abilities. Mechanically nothing changes but you have a familiar that fits the appearance more thematically. Is up to your DM whether to allow it but since you can already summon a celestial imp there shouldn't be a big issue in reskinning the appearance (it isn't a real imp anyway ... just a spirit taking the appearance of one).

Those are just examples/flavor/fluff and only covers the PHB patrons.

Which of the 4 chainlock familiars do you consider GOO?
Anyway, they are not specific to patrons. You can have any of the normal familiars OR an imp, pseudodragon, quasit, or sprite
I guess I misunderstood in the PHB when it said:
