I'm not an expert but since Grim Hollow is a 3rd party publication not from WotC, I'd guess that it will not end up in any official organized play events like Legend of Greyhawk or Adventurers League.
If you are looking for more info on Grim Hollow. It appears to be made by Ghostfire Gaming. It also appears to be available on D&D Beyond.

It already is. As I stated in the OP, the organized games debuted at GenCon. They even had an Epic (which was outstanding and so much better than the Greyhawk Epic).
No one, not even Ghostfire Gaming (I contacted them first) seems to know if these were a one and done or if there are more to come and if so, when. Seems like a lot of effort if there are not more to come - especially since they even created custom logsheets for us.
I believe the intent from talking to the Ghostfire folks at Gen Con is that there will be more but that there won't be tons of frequent releases like DDAL or LoG. The hope was for maybe the next releases to be maybe Winter Fantasy or some time in the spring (so sounds like maybe two trilogies a year or something?). Either way, its up to the Ghostfire team and not WOTC or any of the D&D organized play admins (like me).

Anyone know if there are going to be any more of these (debuted at GenCon)? Anyone know a good site to find out more info?
