I need help controlling my players from walking away from the table in the middle of combat. they stay in the game but it is starting to get annoying when they finish playing video games be for combat is over. Any advise?
If your players can't focus enough on the game to not play video games during combat, they probably shouldn't be playing D&D. It could be partially based on your DMing talent, but it's definitely mostly the players' problem.
I have ADD and i sometimes if find myself on my phone during sessions cause i lose focus on the game. But i would never load up a video game and start playing it at table , that's just bad player behavior
Talk with your players to see how they feel , see if their a way you can include them more in the non-combat roleplaying sessions. If nothing can be done than maybe D&D is not the game they want to be playing

I don't know if it's me being boring or them being hard to handle
