On page 149 of "Pipyap's Guide to the Nine Hells" there are 4 Infernal Gifts. When I got to this page my first thought was "I don't remember reading about these before now", having expected them to link back to an adventure. If I missed that, can someone just give me the page number? I have several other "speculations" as to how it might have been intended to be used, however I'd rather not guess.
Thanks to anyone who can tell me what detail I missed. Hopefully it was something from another document as I hope I didn't miss something within this document. As a second question, if they aren't linked to one of the adventures in this e-book, then why are they in an AL book as I don't know how they would be AL legal without being tied to a specific adventure...
Pipyap is a Season 0 with a half way link to season 9. The Infernal Gifts link back to the Avernus adventure page 37-50 Page 44 is where you promote them to imps and give them the gifts. I had my players randomly drawn the gifts. The Peter Principle paragrah.
Thank you, I did miss that on the read through. I had secretly hoped it was something that could be earned by an actual AL character, however that seemed "too good".
I have a question, how easy would it be to have Tiamat help the player defeat a thing like Asmodeus? It should be easier to convince her rather than a random lesser god because is it not true that Tiamat has a bad relationship with him because he betrayed her, along with Bel when creating the Ruby Rod!?!?

As far as divine power goes, Tiamat is not currently in a great position to try that sort of thing. Being imprisoned in Avernus and having a fraction of the divine power she once enjoyed (even though dragons were never particularly pious), Tiamat is still far below Asmodeus in divine rank and power, being a lesser deity. Trying to measure up against Asmodeus' cunning and greater deity status (currently), even with the help of powerful adventurers with artifacts and all, would be a quick way to get her even more stuck in the mud and owing the Lord of the Nine Hells big time.

I know Tiamat is in one of modules and I think she is locked into that level. So I would only allow a roll so avoid being eaten by her.
