there is no mention of Slaad religion in 5e that I'm familiar with, but in many previous versions there were a group of powerful beings that resided in Limbo known as Slaad Lords that all embodied different aspects of mayhem. These were regarded as the 'gods' of the Slaadi.
I'm not entirely familiar with them, but I'm sure its easy to discover somewhere on the web.
The Slaad Lords, who are native to Limbo, an ever-changing Outer Plane of Chaos in the Great Wheel of Cosmology. They have never challenged Ygorl, who is the actual ruler of the plane.
In Forgotten Realms Lore speaking a Slaad Lord's name can cause it to manifest. As such I would expect most civilizations would attempt to suppress the knowledge of their names as much as possible. That link does include some Slaad Lord names if you wish to use them.
