Thieve's Guilds are a Thing in many games.
Do people have other kinds of guilds in their game? Bard Guild? Fighter/Mercenary Guild? Mage Guild?
I currently don't because I didn't really think about it.

Oh, lets see....
Thieve's guilds in most of my major cities, some are associated as a brotherhood, others are individual groups.
The various artisans of each race; Masons, jewelers, smiths of the Dwarves, Bowyers, fletchers and magical trinkets from the Elves, etc.
I have trade factions, each of the major cities having rivaling trade groups fighting for profit.
Each major city has at least one group of adventurers who've formed guilds that compete annually for recognition and glory from the Crown.
Magic houses which practice their schools having their various prejudices against the other schools.
I know I have more going on but I don't feel like digging up my notes :)
