Hi all. New DM here, at least to 5e. Just started my campaign with 5 of my friends, the team make-up is a paladin, a wizard, two barbarians, and a druid. Of note, my druid is brand new to roleplaying in general and has yet to have a moment to shine. I know she enjoys cats and her character is a druid so I figured I'd make a fun puzzle-based mini-dungeon where the party is polymorphed into cats until the puzzle is solved. The point of this dungeon is to give some humility and "perspective" to the more fighty beefy boys (the 2 barbarians and paladin) who have been rather forceful with the spotlight. The wizard is getting attention as well but I wanted something for my druid player to be excited about and get her out of her shell. While I would accept tips about the 2 barbarians and paladin, I would prefer the title to be the focus.
So tl;dr, looking for help making a dungeon with the following properties:
-Purely puzzle-based, lacking combat -Emphasis on brevity -Cats! -A message to the strong characters, some kind of lesson to learned (not mean-spirited)
Here's a one-page dungeon adventure called Lair of the Cat Magus that might be a good start for you to build on. It has most of the things you are looking for. It's brief, it has cats, and while it does have some combat situations, those are easily removable for more cat-based puzzles.
The basic gist of the adventure is that a a crazy cat-lady wizard had stolen a small herd of goats and locked them away to maybe...I don't know, milk them to feed her cats?

Thank you for the help! I'll definitely tinker around with this and see what I can cook up!
