In the Curse Of Strahd Campaign: My players just left Ireena and Ismark in the Vistani Camp at the Tser Pool - not a smart move. They got back to the village of Barovia, fought with Donavich's son, and stayed overnight.
What do you think, should happen to Ireena and Ismark until they come back to the Tser Pool on the next day? Any ideas?
We left Ireena with the Vistani as well, however I had killed Ismark for....reasons...
What happened here is that we were able to visit Argenvolstholt without worrying about endangering her. We had made sure that the Vistani knew of our ideas and plans. When we finally returned to the Vistani...we had to deal with Madame Eva. It was a tense situation where we learned a bit more of the history of Barovia and the politics. We learned how dangerous our actions could be, and we were told, in no uncertain terms, that if we were to make the Vistani a daycare for runaways again...it would cost us more than a few copper.
TLDR: Our DM turned it into a chance to give more exposition and make our standing with the Vistani a bit more tense.
