Every premade can be scaled up to handle any level. Just takes time to do that so there is a challenge for them. Use the same mobs if you want and just level them up.
But if you are looking for official WOTC material you will be disappointed. There has never been much support for upper tier level play and using any of the current adventures would take quite a bit of adjustment to the story and encounters. Mostly this is due to the variation between gaming tables. An level 11 to 20 adventure that would be a mild challenge to some groups might be a horrible TPK for other groups.
thanks actually! You helped me figure out what I'm gonna do for my friend! I have a premade lvl 10 from one of my previous adventures, and have been searching for a little.
I think Vecna: Eve of Ruin is either 10 to 20 or 11 to 20 if that fits your campaign
Vecna: Eve of Ruin is a level 10-20 adventure with an optional short prequel adventure that runs from levels 3-10 called Nest of the Eldrich Eye. A fun way to tie the two together would be for the party to leave Barovia only to end up right in the middle of some trouble in Neverwinter (where Eve of Ruin starts).
Most of the premade campaigns I've seen can be scaled up for higher level players. Some of them even have instructions to do so labeled as "at higher levels" or something.

Any suggestions? Also... any ideas on how I could link it to Mad mage?

There are several resources to use. You can take a look at DM's Guild here: https://www.dmsguild.com/browse.php?filters=0_0_45420_0_0_45462_0_0 or do a little researching at this link: https://merricb.com/dungeons-dragons-5e-adventures-by-level/

Current Characters I am playing: Dr Konstantin van Wulf | Taegen Willowrun | Mad Magnar
Check out my homebrew: Items | Monsters | Spells | Subclasses | Feats
TFTYP has in addition to Sunless Citadel, Forge of Fury, and Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan:
White Plume Mountain - fun
Dead in Thay - questionable. It's a difficult dungeon crawl.
Against the Giants - fun
Tomb of Horrors - easy
"Sooner or later, your Players are going to smash your railroad into a sandbox."
-Vedexent
"real life is a super high CR."
-OboeLauren
"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
