One of my players is wanting to enter into an infernal contract to get an Imp familiar, I was wondering if there were any good sources for some sort of contract template. I like to do physical props if I can for stuff like this so I'm going to be writing out the contract on paper and would love for it to be epic and convoluted but I recognize that I'm a terrible wordsmith. If anyone as any ideas on where to look for something like this it would be greatly appreciated!

Put your spoiler here.
The party of the first part henceforth identified as The Signer agrees to the following terms and conditions as laid down in this contract, understanding unequivocally that this contract is binding and its conditions will last in perpetuity in all planes of reality.
The Signer hereby agrees that once the party of the second part, henceforth referred to as The Signee, enters into service as the sole familiar of The Signer, that they will in turn immediately, upon death of the signer, relinquish their soul, including all rights and value of said soul, and all personal possessions, physical, intellectual or otherwise to the signee, lasting in perpetuity and in all planes of reality. The Signer also understands that the soul will be taken via supernatural force and agrees not to fight, interrupt or in any way hinder the souls transfer to the signee, including but not limited to (killing the signee, hiring others to kill the signee, hiding, leaving their current plane, destroying the contract, etc...).
The Signee hereby agrees to enter into service as the sole familiar of The Signer, the scope of said which being that The Signee will fight for, obey and defend The Signer, and The Signee understands that they must do whatever they can to perform as the familiar of The Signer to the best of the their ability, except where doing so would cause the Signee to directly cause any harm, ill will, theft, damage of property, reputation, or being to Asmodeus or any of his followers without the express written consent from Asmodeus himself.
Any violation of this contract on the part of The Signee immediately holds this contract null and void, requiring a penalty of 1,500,000 gold pieces to be paid immediately to the The Signer. Any violation of this contract on the part of the Signer immediately locks the claim and ownership of the everlasting soul of the recipient, invoking the laws of the Abyss, sending the soul of The Signer directly to The River Styx to be remade into the form that Asmodeus sees fit.
In the unlikely event that The Signee is killed while on any layer of the Abyss ownership of this contract transfers immediately to Asmodeus himself, thusly, death of The Signee, either permanent or non-permanent, does not void this contract.
Exit Clause In the event that either party wishes to exit this contract they may agree on a price at the time of request to break the contract with no penalties. Doing so will be arbitrated by Asmodeus or his chosen representative and will take place on Nessus by way of planeshift if both parties are not currently on Nessus. The cost of the arbitration proceeding and any proceeding in court to confirm or to vacate any arbitration award, as applicable (including, without limitation, reasonable Arbitrators’ fees and costs), shall be borne by the party wishing to terminate the contract, as determined by the arbitrator, and shall be awarded as part of the arbitrator’s award. It is specifically understood and agreed that any party may enforce any award rendered pursuant to the arbitration provisions of this Section by bringing suit in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have authority to grant injunctive or other forms of equitable relief to any party. This Section shall survive the termination or cancellation of this Agreement.

There's this one that Matt Mercer created, that might give you some ideas on wording?

You could use LegalZoom's generic General Agreement contract and modify it to suit your needs.

You could model it on any software End User License Agreement ;D

In Descent into Avernus, there are multiple really cool examples of infernal deals.
