I am looking for a spreadsheet or form that I can fill out for major cities/towns in my homebrew campaign. I have the information I want already, but having difficulty finding a consistent way to enter it into a form. So, to emphasize, I am not looking for a generator. I have years with of info that is scattered on paper or documents. I want to create a binder for each continent (containing its towns) then each major capital has it's own. I am looking for a blank form, that has spots to enter things like population, districts, government type, major religions, and stores/inns. I am currently in a position where players as questions, and I break immersion by digging for info. This was direct feedback from my players (the lifeblood of DMing) that I do well, but unorganized and need to search for details.
Has anyone found anything good, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel? I can put something together in Excel, but with 2 too-young-for-school kids, a 60 hour work week, and on-call weekends, I have little time to dedicate to creating templates and such - so I rely on the community to help me organize thoughts and stuffz.
I'd also recommend adding the names and basic features of anything that players will predictably ask about E.g. taverns, guard uniforms, local heraldry, local churches, etc.

Hey everyone,

Any help would be great!
Here are some that I've tried that might suit what you're looking for.

I'd also recommend adding the names and basic features of anything that players will predictably ask about E.g. taverns, guard uniforms, local heraldry, local churches, etc.
