As the tittle ask for it, im going to start a fight with a shadow dragon against my player and I want to make sure I master the RAW and therefore only the dice roll will define the final issue, not a mistake. Someone know the answer?
By default, all monster traits are charged and ready to use unless you as the DM decide otherwise 🙂
