Well, you are on DDB, so that's a good start for references. I would recommend hitting up http://donjon.bin.sh/ for some of their tools and random generators. A dice roller separate from whatever VTT you are using is useful, notepad and word for recording campaign notes.

Aside from play resources and materials, make sure you have a back up method of communication. If someone's camera takes a dump mid session, you'll want a way to get them back in the game quickly, or at least get their ETA. Nothing gums up an online session like technical difficulties.
I stole this guys idea in setting up a Trello board, particularly his list labeled "Random" -- each of the cards has links to random generators for various things which I find invaluable.
