If you buy the dm level sub, is there any more useful tool for campaign, encounter, adventure creation and management than just a rich text window? initiative tracker? npc tracker? maps? journal tracker? party tracker? Something in which you could compile encounters, into adventures, into campaigns that would organize all of your maps, monsters, loot, npc's, questlines, etc???

Nope! Those features are going to be tackled in 2018. But... slight improvements and adjustments are in the horizon. Right now it's more of a foundation for resource sharing (master tier content sharing).
