I tried to make a hookshot. It's basically a wand of magic missiles with less damage and more versatility. I'm wondering if I should add charges, up the rarity, or if it's just too complicated of an item to use in game without bogging down play. Any ideas?

The most important thing is to define "directly in front" is that 10 ft, 5ft? Or was it something else entirely?
