Surpassing the maximum 20

For some reason, this isn't working for me.

I'm creating a Blessing of Understanding feat that increases the Wisdom Score by 2, with a max of 22. I added the following modifiers:

Bonus - Ability Score Maximum->WIS->2

Stacking Bonus->Wisdom Score->2

And the character is registering the +2 bonus to WIS, but it won't exceed 20. 

Am I missing something?

Actually never mind. It's working. It was just taking a bit for DDB to update to register the changes to the feat. All good. Thank you!

For future reference, the general rule of thumb is to wait about 15 minutes for changes to homebrew things to take effect on characters that already had them before the change. Past 15 minutes, if it's still not working, then you might have an actual issue.

I realize if I Stacking Bonus->Strength Score->2, it will allow the strength score to go up to 22.

Does anyone know if it will increase the Level 20 features?  For Instance the Barbarian states:

You embody primal power. Your Strength and Constitution scores increase by 4, and their maximum is now 25.

Does that mean if I have the above set, It would allow the Strength to go to 27?
