Hello, I have a subclass that gets a flight speed of 15 early on, and this only increases to 30 at level 14. How would I set it up to have this happen? Is this possible?
Having a subclass grant a fly speed that starts out slow, but improves with levels sounds fine, but I can't really say much about it without knowing what the rest of the details of this homebrew is.

By adding multiple bonus as options on set levels this is possible. Please refer to Subclasses and Race FAQ, No. 1 How do Features and Traits work from this link. (A Homebrewers’ “How-To” FAQ* - Homebrew & House Rules - Dungeons & Dragons Discussion - D&D Beyond Forums - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com)).
For clarification, this is an option already that simply scales later. Would that still be doable in the system?

Base class?
Other Homebrew features of this subclass?
Yes, set it as options at further levels with adjusted base flying speed. Eg. 50 at 5th, and 100 at 10th.
The gimmick is a cyborg barbarian, and this is one of the options for movement enhancement.
