Just something worth noting: effects with the same name don't stack RAW, so it's unnecessary to explicitly state when a feature cannot be stacked.
Additionally, the "Master of all" feature has the following text
Before or after a long rest you can gain proficiency in a skill or tool of your choice, you gain expertise if you already have proficiency in the skill or tool.
You need to specify that the proficiency goes away the next time you use the feature. Otherwise, a player could just rest a few times and gain permanent expertise in everything.
