I'm creating a campaign that I want to work Planescape elements into it. I also would like to spice it up. Have any of you made homebrew planes? If you have, then I would like you to post it down below!

Hi. I'm a 14 year old student looking to play D&D. If you don't have a problem with me, I would gladly join your session!
I have made one, though not very developed, here goes--
THE LEGEND OF SHADOVIS
The legend of Shadovis, is told about a plane called Shadovis, it is directly linked to the world of Delreem. The same landscapes, same things, but eerily different (sort of like the upside down). It is a dark reflection of the world above. Things are amplified, warped. Creatures that are beyond the minds of ordinary creatures stroll about. Oddities prowl the night. The twisted landscape seems to move, hunting in its own way. And for one small town, this horrific legend is about to become a reality.
This is a campaign intro I have created, I dont know if it is of use to you but I am hoping it is.
URBANA is a plane that is entirely a huge city. Floor after floor of one room apartments are packed super close, the sidewalks are always packed, and don't even get me started on traffic! The sky cannot be seen beyond the infinitely tall towers and pollution. However, the strangest part of the city is its inhabitants. The city is not inhabited by humanoid races as you would think, but is instead filled with infinite multitudes of horrors. Have melted corpses room with spider-demons. A creature with infinite eyes works as a cashier at the local convenience store. Giant winged eyes ferry half baby-half slugs through the skies.
I hope this idea helps!

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Elsewhere is the plane between planes, that pathway that conjurers walk when they teleport, or what their targets walk as they are sent flying through the planar system. It is not a place for natural things to exist, and is a dangerous place to explore. Those who have been daring enough to try have found their biology mutated, and their magic shifted, as their presence interrupts the very purpose of the plane's existence. It is said that excess magic gathers within the Elsewhere, building up as waste, and reforming into horrific aberrations. Though some may worry about the dangers of such things, others do not fear what is... elsewhere.
