Is it possible to make an item or feat or something that would give a bard extra uses of their bardic inspiration?
Not really, no. Instead, you could give it something that says you can regain Bardic Inspiration, kinda like Wizard's Arcane Recovery.
Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
