So DM awarded a player a cloak with 2 Limited Use abilities. I'm trying to get the item working on the character sheet but have run into trouble. First off I could not find any Limited Use modifier directly in the choices available. So what I did was I created a custom Feat with the Limited Uses, and tried to attach these directly to the weapon. Firstly Homebrew Feats do not show up in this drop down menu, despite them showing up in the class feat menu, and secondly when I tried the 'Choose a Feat' option, I cannot find any actual field to choose this additional feat. Maybe I am missing an easier way to do this but so far I haven't found a way to get these Limited Uses in their proper field. Any advice?

Could you explain the abilities you are trying to create? 

Once per Long Rest, the wearer can disappear. Effect is cancelled by movement.

Once per Day, the wearer can evade/disengage from a target at full movement speed in any direction, regardless of terrain.

Bumping this.  Can't find Limited Use options in the create magic items.  

That said, it seems to functionally be buried under "item has charges", where you can give it charges and assign them recharge after short or long  rest.  This seems to apply to the whole item, though, and can't be assigned to specific abilities or spells.
