Making a Glaive of Surtax Han (homebrew knight order). The basics of this weapon is that you can use a bonus action to collapse the weapon to act as a longsword. A full action is required to extend it. Is this possible in Homebrew or should I just make two weapons and mark the bonus action manually?

Hi there BACC58,
there isn't currently a mechanism for a homebrew weapon to provide multiple attack forms.
You can see that the same issue is encountered for the official magic item Rod of Lordly Might which can transform into multiple weapon types.
The best way to deal with this is, as you surmised, set-up custom attacks on the character sheet.
