I've seen the two homebrew items on the kobold king an dont think they are quite right...(and ive read several of the FAQs and dont seem to have specific nuances of the below item)
Merlokrep's crown is as old as his tribe, and the burnished bronze heirloom has passed from king to king for centuries. The blood rite mumbled by Jekkajak might or might not exist, but even without this ceremony the crown invests its wearer with power. Wearing this crown grants a +2 enhancement bonus to Charisma and a +2 natural armor bonus. You are immune to the frightful presence ability of all dragons. If you are a sorcerer you cast spells at +1 caster level.
1) how do we create a + 1 caster level mod to (any spell in general ) or sorcerer spells specifically so if i use a armor agathy spell (clockwork sorcer ability to retrain to know this)... at 3rd level slot then its cast at 4th level for 20 temp hp and 20 cold damage while any temp hp active.
2) for the +2 to natural armor.. assume this is like adding +2 to tortles (spelling) ac to make it 17+2=19 and not just a +2 to AC...
ive figured out the +2 char and the immune firghtened.. (for the entire condition vs dragons specifically- but if there is a immune dragon spcific frightened that would be cool to know how).
