I read on a post on the forums that I could replace a class feature of one of the Legacy Classes by creating a homebrew feature with the same name at the same level than the original one.
However, I tried to do it, by making a level 6 homebrew feature for my Oath of Conquest paladin and naming it Aura of Protection, only changing the description.
But, still, the original Aura of Protecion persists. Any ideas of why?

You cannot replace class features.
Well my good sir I'm almost sure that user "IamSposta" posted that is possible on this link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq
More specifically, on the "Homebrew Subclasses & Races Species FAQ", section 6, called "How can I adjust or add to a base class feature?"
