Tooltips appear as plain text in the character sheet, with the exception of the 'rule' tooltip, for some reason. This means that magic items that link to spells do not in fact link to spells, so players are forced to look them up separately.
If a magic item grants spells those spells appear in the Spells tab on the sheet where they have all the spell info. But yes, other tooltips will not work. They actually used to so I am unsure why they stopped.
You can put in links instead of tooltips so clicking them will open a tab to the details.

Is this a feature that'll ever be supported?
