Modified Enspelled Armour

I'm trying to make a small change the to the ENSPELLED HALF PLATE (rare), but I don't see it under the Homebrew Magic armour.

Do you own the book it comes from (the 5.5e Dungeon Master's Guide)? You won't be able to use it as a template for a homebrew item if you don't actually own the content.

I don't have it. I equip it through my DM's campaign. Can I make a +1 half plate the same, like imbued with a spell. with the same number of charges that recharge the same way?

Yes, you can certainly do that. You would have to build it from scratch, since you can't use content you don't own as a template.
