Do you own the book it comes from (the 5.5e Dungeon Master's Guide)? You won't be able to use it as a template for a homebrew item if you don't actually own the content.
I don't have it. I equip it through my DM's campaign. Can I make a +1 half plate the same, like imbued with a spell. with the same number of charges that recharge the same way?

Yes, you can certainly do that. You would have to build it from scratch, since you can't use content you don't own as a template.
It's not easy to figure out how to do that. I currently have the Enspelled Half Plate (rare) with Mass Healing Word. I'm trying to create my character under a different campaign, which does not have it. I don't know how to create the 6 charges/day that recover d6 charges at dawn.

When you're editing the item, in the "Additional Information" section, check the "Has Charges" box. Then enter 6 in "Number of Charges" and set "Charge Reset Condition" to "Dawn". You can optionally put more information in the "Charge Reset Description" field.
How can I create a Dwarf with innate spells? I would like it to be similar to THE MARK OF WARDING Dwarf, but change the spells a bit.
That is considerably more complicated to explain, so what I would recommend is that you create a new species based on an existing species that already grants spells (like Elf or Tiefling) just to see how it works, then create another one based on Dwarf and add in the relevant options.
I have added 3 spells to the race, but I have to "select" one during creation, instead getting all of them. How do I change that?
You need to add each one as a separate item in the "Spells" section — i.e., you need to click "Add Spell" on the main screen three separate times. Adding them all to the same one is how you offer a choice of options (as in feats like Fey Touched that offer a selection from a limited set of spells).
I'm trying to make a small change the to the ENSPELLED HALF PLATE (rare), but I don't see it under the Homebrew Magic armour.

Okay, that seemed to work, thanks!

Okay, that must be what I did wrong...
