aww... no disfigurement for warlocks? Overall, I do enjoy the idea of this spell, but I feel like it could be worded better. It might be a little nit picky, but adding a "Constructs are immune to this effect." or at least something restricting to creatures that it would make sense, like maybe humanoids? I'd also add a snippet about creatures who don't see (like an ooze, but not sure how I'd word that) are also immune to this spell, since they wouldn't be able to see this spell so it'd make sense that it wouldn't effect them. Finally, I would also rephrase the last part with something like "A creature frightened by this spell can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, on a success the creature is no longer frightened and cannot be frightened again by this spell for the rest of the duration." Sorry for all of this, but that's what I saw for first impressions.
Thanks for the feedback, I've tweaked the wording and also added a link for the frightened condition.
I'm limiting it to just Necromancers at present just because I want to give them some spells and feats to make them feel like a unique spell casting class, but I'll likely expand it to warlock eventually, it just they may not get too much use from it due to their limited spell slots.
From what I can see all constructs and oozes seem to be immune to the frightened condition so I'll not put anything specifically in for them but I have changed toe wording as I also thought Undead were immune until I realized that Turn undead makes them frightened, I've changed the wording to "living creatures" as undead would not care if you were disfigured or not, although a vampire may get a little insulting over your looks.

I forgot to add a little snippet in my last post, about the spell shouldn't work against creatures effected by the blinded condition. Besides that sounds good to me man.
Mechanically this is similar to the XGtE cause fear spell, except that it has a greater area of effect (sight instead of 30ft) for the frightened condition and you can make someone else the target of the fear...one thing I would mention specifically is that you (the caster) is immune to the frightened effect. I would also nerf the range of the frighten effect from “sight” to a specific range (wording it like “all creatures within 60 feet of the target and can see it”) as someone far away might be able to technically see the target but not in enough detail to discern the disfigurement.
I've tweaked the wording to affect one creature you can see withing 30ft initially and then anyone coming within 10ft that can see the victim has to make a save and added a bit about the caster of the curse being immune to the frightened effect it causes.

A new Necromancy spell, intended solely for Wizard (Necromancers) and based on the Magic the Gathering card: Disfigure.

We should be good on the blinded condition as I amended the wording to say creatures had to see the disfigurement to be affected by it.
