I thought that reincarnate was a decently interesting spell, though it didn't include races outside of base game. I thought I could make a table with a little bit of everything. The thread is also to see any tables anyone else makes for reincarnate, I'd like to see them!
There's no problem with this but I'd make a few changes. I'd list only base races in the table, and create sub-tables listing the subraces. The pitfall with the above approach is that since races like elves have a million official subraces, a reincarnated character would be more likely to be some sort of elf, even if most of those subraces are comparatively rare. The second is that I wouldn't include the variant human. The human listing shoudn't be listed separately from the human. If your game doesn't use feats, then it'd be invalid. I suspect most DMs will have all humans fall either under the original template or the variant, and not include a world with both.
Also, it's hard to standardize tables like these because campaings tend to be very idiosyncratic on which races are included. For example, if you're not in Ravnica, some of the above races might not show up. It would be valuable to post a bunch of tables, say one for each of the Forgotten Realms, Eberron, etc.

Here, have some homebrew classes! Subclasses to? Why not races. Feats, feats as well. I have a lot of magic items. Lastly I got monsters, fun, fun times.
