The "Rotate another d4" details in the first three daggers seems unnecessarily complicated and not particularly well described. It seems like a neat gimmick combo that a group could pull off, but I would never bother with it if I was playing a game and came across these daggers. It's also a little too powerful for Uncommon magic items, even if they do have a weirdly complicated way to trigger them. Honestly, I'd trade the whole lot of them for a single flame tongue dagger.
The Purple Emperor is too powerful to be an Uncommon item. a +1 bow is, unto itself, an Uncommon item. If you want it to be considered Uncommon and still have the burst effect, I'd drop the +1 and just give it three charges that can be used to cast Hail of Thorns and just reflavor it to deal fire damage.
