Do I have to use by writing a sheet or is there a way to use this on D&D beyond?
Currently, you have to do it by hand. However, I am still working on revising this class, so hopefully I will get it built in the D&D Beyond Homebrewing System relatively soon (within a month or so).

Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Your right a dragon of any size is not easily hidden however, Depending on the type of dragon and there actions as a player it would affect there reputation. Over time they would be welcomed or admonished. It would be a interesting RP tool for the DM to draw on as much or as little as they would like.
Is this in the Homebrew section? If it is I can't find it. I've been looking for a dragon rider classes/sub-classes, but yours is the only good one I could find that wasn't complicated.
One nitpick: I don't love that the Catch Rider reaction targets the rider's AC. That seems inappropriate given the rider is not actively trying to resist the catch, and that armor really shouldn't play a role. A dex save with a flat DC makes more sense.
I actually made my own subclass for this and posted as public a few minuets ago if you'd like to take a look! I did do it as a paladin though, it made more sense in my head that way, if you try it out please let me know how it goes!
I have published a slightly tweaked version of this subclass. I took away the Ancient form and added spellcasting much like an Eldritch Knight but with the sorcerer spell list to stick with the Charisma based subclass.

i love spell casting fighters and you can never hurt any class by adding a dragon! the stat blocks look amazing and really well done but personally im more in favor of the way the drakewarden was done with their dragons stat block using PB in places allowing for a static stat block for you to keep track of. i may have missed it but giving someone flying at level 3 even more so a fighter is a very scary idea. i like the idea that the dragon is real and not a spirit like the drakewarden was flavored as.

I understand the flying concern but with races like variant tiefling and Aarakocra, I wasn’t worried about it. I agree with the PB thing. I really just took the original class and copied it. There are definitely changes to come. Thank you for the feedback!
Hello i just found this. But i would also like to add that in the inheritance cycle that they fight with their MIND, so i was thinking that any magic users that use magic, like fireball, or frostbite. But not spells like the weird hand (i forgot the name) so elemental magic could attack your mind and their intelligence modifier plus 1d6 is how they defend and it never changes unless your intelligence modifier changes. Also i think it would be cool if they could use magic based off their dragons resistances....

By chance have you finished this? I don't know how to tell or how to save for use (if you are comfortable with others using this) because I love this
