These are great in every way, shape, and form. May I use them in my homebrew campaign? These would all fit PERFECTLY. Edit: My campaign is set in a universe where the Maze Engine (a device capable of altering reality) is malfunctioning, and everything's chaotic random and sometimes really over/underpowered for most campaigns. (I got the malfunctioning Maze Engine idea from Out of the Abyss, they get the credit)

I know what you're thinking: "That is one scary hat!" And while, yes, it is very scary, it won't harm you. Probably. I'm pretty sure there's a chance it'll actually become your best friend. While attuned to the Haunted Hat, it mimics all of your facial expressions, and you have advantage on all intimidation checks. In addition, the hat has five charges. You can expend one charge to cast Fear or Phantom Steed as a bonus action, or you can expend 2 charges to cast Phantasmal Killer. Once per day, you can cast Etherealness, with a duration of 15 minutes. Once per week, you can cast Weird. The spell save DC for all these spells is 20. The hat regains all expended charges at midnight. This hat cannot be destroyed by any means.
