Wish granted. The sun proceeds to melt the ice cream moon, drenching the earth, killing much of the wildlife and plant species. Then, because there's no moon, the tides stop, killing off all sea life, and life on earth proceeds to die completely.

It is so! You have your horse! Unfortunately, you know nothing of how to ride a horse, and when you try, you fall off said horse and crack your skull, only for your corpse to be pooped on.
