The guardians are an ancient race, some even say they were the first race made created. They appear to be trees taking a semi humanoid form; legs being a tangle of roots, arms being branches, and body being a large tree trunk.
Guardians are known for being wise defenders of nature, slow to anger, but a force to be reckoned with when they are angered, and wielders of mystical nature magic.
If an observer were the look closely, they would see a roughly carved gem stone on each and every one of them, hanging from there neck on a cord. To the few that know of there customs (other than the guardians themselves), they would know that each guardian is given one of these necklaces at birth, an enchanted by the ruler of the guardians, an ancient immortal archdruid, who was granted immortality by Fletshi. This necklace is the source of all the guardian's mystic power.
Guardian Traits
Your guardian character has the following racial features.
Ability Score Increase.
Your Constitution modifier increases by 1. (While wearing your Guardian Amulet, your Constitution Score bonus increases to +2 and your Wisdom score increases by 1.)
Age
Guardians mature at the same rate as humans, but they’re considered young until they reach the age of 50. On average, they live about 450 years.
Alignment
Most guardians lean towards neutral and good alignments, but may be any.
Size
Guardians stand between 7 and 8 feet tall and weigh between 280 and 340 pounds. Your size is Medium. Here’s how to determine your height and weight randomly, starting with rolling a size modifier:
Size modifier = 2d10
Height = 6 feet + 2 inches + your size modifier in inches
Weight in pounds = 200 + (2d6 × your size modifier)
Tremorsense
Due to your extremely sensitive roots, you have the ability to sense creature that are also touching the ground. You have tremorsense out to a range of 30 feet as long as you are on the ground.
Plant
Your creature type is plant, instead of humanoid.
Arboreal Nature
As a being of wood, you are resilient and vulnerable to different features, represented by the following benefits:
You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage.
You don’t need to eat or breathe oxygen.
You are immune to diseases that typically affect humanoid races, but are not immune to diseases that affect plant creatures.
You don't need to sleep and magic can’t put you to sleep.
Tree's Rest
When you take a long rest, you must spend at least six hours in a dormant, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear inert, but it doesn’t render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal.
Wisdom of the Ages
Stalwart and knowledgeable, guardians are collectors of scattered knowledge. You gain proficiency with two skills of your choice.
Natural Armor
You have thick, wooden bark for skin. When you aren’t wearing armor, your AC is 14 + your Constitution modifier. You gain no benefit from wearing armor, but if you are using a shield, you can apply the shield’s bonus as normal.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common and two other language of your choice.

May I request an Archmage subclass for Wizard? The ones out there are no good.
I could try I guess. here's the thing: Archmages (IMO anyway), are not wizards with a certain set of abilities and specialties. I would say that (yes, IMO again) any wizard of 17th level or higher is an archmage. the level range might be different, you you get the idea. I don't know what abilities to give it and what not, because I don't know anything that makes an archmage different from a normal mage, other that being powerful.
but maybe you have a different definition of archmage. if you do, please tell me so I can create an archmage subclass for you.
also, I'd like an oath of order and an oath of chaos paladins please.
also, I'm still taking requests. I'll try to make pretty much anything. even if there is not a specific thing you want, than you could just put down ideas that sound kinda cool for mew to make.
EDIT: and I'll take any new types of homebrew mind flayers please!!!
This isn't directed toward anybody, but I'm thinking about a series of custom warlock patrons based on the fear entities from the excellent Magnus Archives podcast series. If anybody has listened to the series, I'd be interested in seeing how you'd portray them. I won't go into detail here for spoiler reasons.
cool! I had seen the mind keeper, but not the others. I will use those when my player are high enough level to do stuff with mind flayers (my second favorite monster type)

so do you want me to make the archmage subclass similar to the champion one for fighter: no real specialty, just more wizard-y arcane type abilities?
