(moving it forward to keep on same page - roll isn't showing on my initiative post, but it did reveal a 6 originally so advising to be fair.) Sila initiative 6 - Will edit for move once others have posted as she's late in the initiative. Will re-roll if preferred.

As soon as the ogre and wolves get in her sight, Lusy starts to sing the elven blade song. (Time to dance!) She thinks and she smiles.
Bonus action:Bladesong
2 times per long rest, you can use a bonus action to start a Bladesong, which lasts for 1 minute and grants you the following benefits:
You gain a +3 bonus to your AC(Total 19) , your walking speed increases by 10 ft (Total 40) ., you have advantage on Acrobatics checks, and you gain a +3 bonus to any CON saving throw you make to maintain your concentration on a spell.
At first Bree is really amazed and distracted as she doses her light cantrip and can see in the dark for the first time in her life: "This is amazing! Thank you and thank Selune!"
As soon as the party starts to open the door she becomes highly alert and directly hurls a ball of lightning at the ogre. Having foreseen this moment she hits the creature. (Portent. To hit: 14+4=18, damage: 9 Lightning)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
EDIT: I would like to hold my action until after Lucy fires her Web spell, but basically this is what Garavant will do, although the end square for his move will depend on where exactly the web is.
Nearly as quick as Bree's magical lightning, Garavant is about to jump through the door. He doesn't like the close quarters one bit--not his layout of choice for certain. He waits for Lucy to use her magic, remembering her plan at the last minute. Then, he grits his teeth, twists past one wolf and ends up next to the ogre. He looks for a weak spot and strikes!
Bonus: Cunning Action to use Disengage to move without provoking OAs Move to square with the word "Thrag" on it Rapier: Attack: 8 Damage: 10 Sneak Attack? 6 (I may have this if opponent is webbed)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Initiative order: Garavant 21, Bree 21, Dire Wolves 12, Lucy 11, Gruenic 10, Artemis 6, Sila 6, Great Ulfe 4
@Garavant: (You can’t hold your movement, only your action. But I figure you can move around the enemies anyway as they are surprised and therefore can’t use a reaction to OA against you. Once you reach your chosen spot you can then Ready your attack action with the trigger ‘Lucy casts web’. Once she does so, you use your reaction to attack and will get advantage if the target is webbed, which will allow you to use sneak attack. Sorry to ‘show my workings’ and metagame somewhat, but it’s just quicker and I think it’s a legal way to achieve your intended outcome).
Garavant is out of the blocks like a cheetah, running around the outside of the room before the wolves can react. As he reaches the other side of the wolves he drops into a crouch and raises his head to keep an eye on Lucy, ready to co-ordinate their attacks.
Bree, smiling widely thanks to her newly-granted gift, launches her ball of lightning at Great Ulfe and catches him in the shoulder, searing flesh as he grunts in pain.
Lucy starts her entrancing bladesong and unleashes her web attack. The mass of sticky silk coats both wolves and Great Ulfe, who need to pass a DC13 DEX save or become restrained:
Great Ulfe 11
Dire Wolf 1 5
Dire Wolf 2 16
Great Ulfe and the eastern dire wolf (Vak) become ensnared in the magical webbing, held fast and unable to move. The other dire wolf (Thrak) manages to pounce aside and avoid becoming caught up in the web.
On cue, Garavant launches his attack at Great Ulfe. With the ogre unable to avoid the deadly attack, the rapier pierces his belly and causes him to scream with pain and rage (sneak attack added to damage).
Gruenic launches his first attack as a member of the team, calling on his divine power to punish the ogre who – undoubtedly – was responsible for his imprisonment and beating. The wave of retributive power washes over Great Ulfe (WIS save, DC12 6)
Great Ulfe succumbs to the divine attack and howls in even greater agony as he starts to bleed from his ears – 5 damage
Rolling initiative: Sila 6, Great Ulfe 4 (surprised), Garavant 21, Bree 21, Dire Wolves 12, Lucy 11, Gruenic 10, Artemis 6
Sila striding quickly towards the beast, focuses on the the Dire Wolf that escaped from the web flicking her wrists releasing both daggers to fly at it. Attack: 18 Damage: 4 Attack: 6 Damage: 3
(@DM wasn't first round suprise round, then initiatives or only opening the door?)
@Sila:(No such thing as a 'surprise round' in 5e; surprised combatants just don't get to act in round one)
Sila'sfirst dagger flies past the wolf but the follow-up leaves a gash in its rear right quarter. The wolf yelps slightly but the wound looks largely superficial.
Initiative order (Ulfe and wolves no longer surprised): Garavant 21, Bree 21, Dire Wolves 12, Lucy 11, Gruenic 10, Artemis 6, Sila 6, Great Ulfe 4
Garavant presses the attack agains the webbed ogre, hoping he still can take advantage of the situation and bring the big ugly quickly down. His blade whirls, flashes, and strikes. A rumbling of thunder courses from the rapier's tip should Garavant land a blow.
OOC: Rolling w/Advantage (in hopes he remains restrained), using Booming Blade, 1d8 thunder damage if he moves
A brightly green ball follows from Bree after the ball of lightning before the stuck in web Ogre even knows what is happening. Hoping to get them down before they can attack any of her companions.
Dozens of thoughts and tactics storm through Lucy's head. She loves this moment. Maybe the most precious time in her life. The battle theory her master taught her tells the bladesinger to take down the opponent's leader and concentrate fire power. But another theory tells her to kill the one who escaped from the magical web first. After an instant of thinking, Lucy decides what to do.
Action: longbow Attack: 18 Damage: 9
Bless:3
If Ulfe still alive, Lucy will attack him.
If the ogre have died, she will shoot Dire Wolf 1.
Garavant thrusts his needle-like rapier into the restrained ogre’sflesh, causing it to roar in pain and anger once more (OOC: Yep, 15 final attack throw). Great Ulfe fights to turn in the webbing and glare at the half elf with a look that could strip barnacles from a galleon.
While the ogreis still roaring at the bothersome swashbuckler, a small sphere of green connects with the side of his head from Bree’sdirection. The acid ball bursts on impact and immediately starts to eat through the skin on his face, quickly moving on to work on his skull. Still alive but in intense agony, Ulfe doesn’t look so Great now and is well on his way to falling.
Thrag, the unrestrained dire wolf, desperately leaps to her master’s aid and tries to bite Garavant Attack: 20 Damage: 10piercing damage and Garavant must pass a DC13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone
Vak, the other dire wolf, tries to break free of the web and join the fight: Strength (DC13) 21 - she rips free of the web and snarls at the assembled intruders, ready to attack next turn.
But the wolves’ efforts are in vain. Great Ulfe, scourge of the mountain, is half blinded by acid as he looks up just in time to meet Lucy’s arrow with his remaining good eye. The bladesinger’s shot is uncanny and finishes off the ogre, leaving him sagging but upright in the web, tongue hanging slack from his mouth.
Initiative order: Gruenic 10, Artemis 6, Sila 6, Great Ulfe 4, Garavant 21, Bree 21, Dire Wolves 12, Lucy 11
His eyes gleaming with the thrill of battle after striking the ogre once more, Garavant is practically blindsided by the wolf. He lets out a hiss of pain as it draws blood and struggles to keep on his feet under the attack. He manages to twist away and keeps his footing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Aha!!" Lucylaughsand kisses her longbow. "Well done, girl! I name you Selene! " Then Sheturns her gaze towards the direwolf who has just bitten Garavant. "SIT AND DIE,*****!"
Gruenic Initiative : 10
Gruenic will plan to cast toll the dead on Great Ulfe when it is his turn. DC 12 wisdom save, for 1d8 damage if unhurt, 1d12 if hurt at that point.
A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
