Bree would most definitely want Selune's blessing to see anything in this darkness. "What's going on Sila? I don't see anything rushing us." Bree whispers. She then also looks out into the darkness: 5.
Garavant grumbles quietly when he's first awoken, but quickly realizes something potentially dangerous is going on. He quickly rises to a crouch, securing his rapier and hand crossbow. He peers out into the darkness, looking for signs of whatever Sila saw, and quickly loads a bolt into his weapon.

"There was something, I'm sure of it. I'm well beyond being foolishly suspicious of shadows. Lucy, can Artemis spot anything? Any of you?" Sila looks again into the night, climbing into a tree for a different vantage. Gazing again into the surrounding area.
You all crouch in the darkness, scanning the treeline for any sign of danger. Gruenic can see well into the surrounding trees but does not spot anything aside from leaves and branches.
Garavant, Lucy and Artemis: You see a shape in the undergrowth which is out of place - a curving, feline form about eight to ten feet long and looking like it has too many limbs - maybe even some tentacle-like appendages. The creature moves another ten feet to the next tree trunk, eyes fixed in your direction, and as the creature moves its outline breaks up into a confusing blur.
In response to Sila, Garavant points with his crossbow in the direction of the strange creature. “Big cat, but something weird about it….” he says quietly. He keeps pointing, following it with the loaded crossbow, trying to track the beast’s movement so the others can make it out.
You have seen these before, although only after they had been hunted by the rangers of Silverymoon. They are displacer beasts, tenacious hunters who will track and play with their prey, killing for fun as much as for food. When they move they become very difficult to hit, thanks to an innate blurring ability.
Lucy has seen this beast before. Though it was only a fur in her mother's study that had been hunted by the rangers of Silverymoon. It's hard to forget such a remarkable creature. " Be careful! It's a displacement beast! " She says. " They are giant magical cats. Like to hunt, love to kill, play with their prey just like a big evil house cat! Oh and they can make themselves blurry and really hard to hit! " Lucy starts humming the old elven song. The excitement of battle flows in her blood like sweet thunder. " Hello kitty. I really loved wrestling with my sister on your cousin's back!"
Gruenic casts bless on the group as well as he sees the incoming threat. "Not that I know of other than I could try and tackle it. But it sure does look strong. And I don't know that I can get my hands around it, it is so shifty. Hopefully the blessings of Selune will help.."

"Thank you Lucy. I say we make it come to us if possible. Out there it has us at a disadvantage as with cover it'll be nearly impossible to hit if its as you say." Giving a nod to Lucy. "At least our camp would provide a bit of a clearing. Otherwise I could do the shadow trick again and make us equally stealthy or help with vision for those Greunic can't enhance but if I don't need to, my Ki helps me to move faster, striking more frequently which will be a great help with this beast."
Sila again tries to mask the group from view with an adjustment of her minor illusion to the vantage that the beast stands now per Garavant's direction with the group appearing asleep trying to draw it out. She continues to try to spot the creature as she does so hoping the spell will fool a creature of it's intelligence.
(Gruenic please select three party members to receive the Bless spell)
Sila casts her illusion in an attempt to disguise the party as if still sleeping, then scans the trees again.
@Sila:
You pick up the creature again, north east from your position. Then a chill runs down your spine as you spot another to the east, and one more to the west. All three are hiding in the long grass at the bass of a tree, observing the group. (Please make an Arcana roll to try to trick them with your illusion)
Sila whispers to the others, "There are three of them unless that's another trick of the beast? One Northeast, one West and one East. They might be too smart to be fooled by my illusion, and I can only direct it to one of them."
" So we are surrounded. Clever cats! " Lucy smiles wildly. " Let's take the old way to break encircling enemies then. I will pin down one of them with my Web. That spell would neglect the beast's power. Kill that one first and deal the other two later. Bree , can you give me the timing?"
(OOC: Lucy is asking portent from Bree. She prepares Web and unleashes the spell when one of the displacer beast enters within 60 ft range )
Sila nods agreement at Lucy and looks around for a set of trees that would make a good anchor for her.
"Thank you Gruenic, can use all the Blessing I can get. Let's see how good that armor is in action." She whispers to him with a big grin. "I bet these things will make excellent furs."

Lucy fires her web at the eastern displacer beast, or more accurately, the trees surrounding it. The sticky mass connects to the branches and leaves, a suitable substitute to support it.
The beast howls in anger and bares its teeth, ready to attack. Its two packmates cry out in unison, although the nature of the sound is unclear. What is readily apparent, however, is that the hunt is about to reach a conclusion...
