(Oh I forgot to roll a familiar's initiative! Artemis:19 )
A dart of psychic energy is unleashed from Lucy's hand. It will give the owlbear a pain as if a swarm of leeches crawling into its ear and sucking it's blood.
Then Lucy turns her back and runs to the bush at her left side. There are two kinds of things wild predators prefer to chase. One is someone who attacks them, the other is someone who shows their back and runs away from them. The elf girl does the two things at once to lure the beast away from the half elf rogue and elf barbarian.
Laerthalas laughs as he sees the beast come into view. He rushes forward, greatsword held low. He lets out a loud bellow as he swings at the creature, entering a Wild Magic Rage.
Initiative 9
Greatsword Reckless Attack Attack: 22 Damage: 12
Wild Surge 6 Until your rage ends, you are surrounded by multicolored, protective lights; you gain a +1 bonus to AC, and while within 10 feet of you, your allies gain the same bonus.
"Ooh! An owlbear! I read about those, but have never seen one up close!" while running toward it she start thinking, oh, maybe I should hold a bit back so after 15 feet she stops running. She starts an incantation and a green sphere forms in front of her which she hurls towards the owlbear.
Cast Chromatic Orb (poison) using inspiration Attack: 6 Damage: 16
( Lucy decided to order Artemis to stay in the woods for now. Because there is no attacks it can offer help action. The owl will hide in the forest until next turn)
Garavant’sbold advance and strike take the heat from the owlbear’s advance. The rapier darts forward with expert precision and gores the beast in its flank.
(Sorry, no movement left to disengage and then Hide. But you could use Cunning Action to dash and move away; the owlbear would not get an AOO because of Garavant’s Fancy Footwork)
Artemissoars up to a tall branch and perches, ready for further instruction and observing the unfolding battle below.
Human 1 moves to the owlbear’s side of the wagon, goading his men to attack. Two reach the creature and attack, while another stands in reserve and the leader (H1) goads them on.
H2: Attack: 21 Damage: 2
H4: Attack: 12 Damage: 2
The owlbearlashes out, picking from its three attackers at random (1-2 for H2, 3-4 for H4, 5-6 for Gavavant): 4
Beak: Attack: 24 Damage: 12
Claws: Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Human 2 screams in agony under the attack and falls dead, spouting deep crimson from slashes to his chest and a deep bite in his neck.
Ingridacharges towards the battle, assuming a position that might offer protection to the civilians and preparing to unleash the furious power of Moradin’s Forge on her opponents; her weapon crackles with the heat of an open furnace.
Lucy’sarcane attack sears into the owlbear’s brain as it fights to resist the agony; INT save 2 vs a DC of 13. (Sorry)
Lucy’sdash to the bushes is based in logic, but the beastis occupied with the numerous attackers.
Laethalasjoins the fray and brings his greatsword crashing down with unstoppable rage. As the weapon slices through thick hide, a kaleidoscope of lights catch up and entwine the barbarian as well as Garavant, protecting them both from harm.
Breetrots a few steps before pulling up. She summons a bubbling sphere of green pestilence and launces it towards the owlbear, but perhaps mindful of her nearby companions the orb flies high and splashes against a pine before dissipating harmlessly.
The elderly couple, seeing that the path ahead has cleared, slump back in their seats and urge their horses to start away.
(Next actions please! Sorry for metagaming on Garavant's actions but seemed appropriate as this could have been down to my layout).

Ingrida felt the heat from her axe and it made her smile, she rushed toward the owlbear and swung her battleaxe with all her might!
"For Moradin!"
Attack: 23 Damage: 7 (If the target is hit by the searing smite then at the start of each of it's turns it must make a DC13 Con saving throw or take an additional 1d6 fire damage)
Garavant grins, his eyes flashing brightly with the thrill of combat, as the rapier draws monstrous blood. A moment later, his face pales slightly as the highwayman is torn apart by the savage beast. He steels himself, focusing intently now as he sees the deadly stakes of the battle.
Taking advantage of the chaos and confusion created by so many attackers, he thrusts his rapier at one of the beast's exposed spots, channeling an old magic trick he'd learned from his teacher. Energy surges into the beast, and Garavant nimbly steps back, looking to keep out of the creature's reach. He holds his rapier before him, getting ready to strike again if need be.
Rapier Attack w/Booming Blade cantrip (Sneak Attack due to allies w/in 5 feet of monster) Attack: 10 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. Bonus: Disengage, move straight back 10 feet w/o triggering Oppty Attack (Fancy Footwork) If owlbear moves five feet or more before start of Garavant's next turn, it takes an additional 1d8 damage from Booming Blade
EDIT: I am clearly doing something wrong with the damage roll but it really doesn't matter this round!
The elf with prismatic radiance opened Lucy's eyes wide. The courage and death of the bandit leader made her impressed. But…nothing surprised her more than the fact that the dumb beast resisted her spell! "So your owl head is smarter than it looks. Alright, let's see how much you can take then!"
Lucy readys her rapier and runs to the melee. Then she finds none guard the wrinkled humans. The surviving bandits may take the couple as hostages after the beast falls. Groaned in frustration, Lucy heads to the wagon. She stands between the old couple and others. The elf wizard sends another spike of psychic energy toward the beast.
Meanwhile Artemis the owl is sitting on the tree branch and cheers the owlbear to take down more humans before it dies.
Garavant’snext strike is not quite as precise as the first; he lunges low and misjudges the owlbear’sspeed as it shifts aside at the last moment. He steps back with a flourish and almost dances clear of the beast'sreach.
Human 4 swings at the monster, clearly unsettled by the loss of his comrade: Attack: 13 Damage: 7 and lands a slicing blow, wounding the creature and causing it to roar with pain
Human 2 steps in to avenge his friend and also tries to strike at the mass of claws and blood: Attack: 6 Damage: 6 and misses
Human 1 continues to observe, looking concerned at the loss of one of his group and also taking note of the various abilities coming to bear from these new arrivals to his roadblock.
The owlbearlashes out, and again picks its target at random (1-2=H4, 3-4=H3, 5-6= Laetherlas): 1
Beak: Attack: 9 Damage: 10
Claws: Attack: 22 Damage: 15Human 4 is torn apart in a mess of claws and screams
Ingridastrides into the melee and lands a searing blow with her axe. The wound remains bright red and burns with embers, feathers sizzling with divine fire.

(Sorry, I missed that Lucyhad posted or else I would have rolled this into one post)
Lucybounds gracefully towards the elderly humans in their wagon, passing the back of it and just coming into view of the highwaymanleader.
The owlbeartries to resist the latest magical assault and rolls 10 on its INT save against a DC of 13
Laerthelascontinues his rage and brings his enormous blade crashing down onto the owlbearone final time, splitting it open at the spine and ending it with a final roar; it emerges from the monster as more of a squawk.
The battlefield falls silent as the combatants take stock. The two remaining highwaymenlook at each other, the leader seemingly stunned by the sudden violence and the powers he has witnessed. He does not seem keen to speak first...
"Take that ya bird face!" Ingrida says as the creature falls, not one to enjoy the company of birds, especially giant bear shaped creatures with bird faces. She then looks back to the others and says, "Well, that was interestin'" before she begins to inspect the man on the ground, checking him over to see if there's any life left in him.
Garavant pauses for a moment, exhaling loudly and taking a deep breath in.
"Well fought, all," he finally says. "Everyone all right? Well, uh, except for..." He looks at the fallen again and shakes his head slightly at the sight of the two dead men. As Ingrida looks to tend to them, he heads over toward the wagon area and regards the "spokesman" of the group of apparent bandits and the elderly folks, if they haven't sped off.
If the old foks are there, Garavant asks "Are you all right ma'am? And sir?"
"AGHHH!!" Lucy roars in fury. Resisting her spell once is rude enough and the owlbear did it twice. What does the brute think he is!? Lucy turns and looks at the leader of highwaymans. "I remember you said something before we killed the beast. I couldn't hear it well. Can you repeat it aloud please?" Lucy's rapier is burning with green flame just like her eyes.
Laerthalas relaxes, the scintillating light vanishing. He laughs out loud again as he cleans his sword and puts it away. He reaches down and plucks some feathers from the Owlbear, stuffing them in a pouch.

Geez, part three because it didn't get my damage on the first attack - that would be a total of 16 damage
