Area C12
A long bridge stretches from the door at the top of the guardhouse to a door at the top of the palace. The southern half of the bridge arches above the courtyard 30 feet below. The northern half of the bridge has a drop of only 10 feet to the roof of the castle below. The bridge is only a few feet wide and has no handholds or railings. The door at the north end of the bridge is flanked by several narrow windows, each 2 feet tall and only a few inches wide.
Everyone will need to make a DC13 Acrobatics check when crossing this bridge.

Greydon would bow their head respectfully to the brave Morticia taking the first steps. They’d offer their hand for her and the others to get onto the bridge safely. Though the traverse would have to be done on their own, as they would eventually have to do the trek themselves. The paladin would wait for the others to go ahead of them, adamant about keeping an eye on them. Should one threaten to fall, they would try to catch them if it were feasible. Grey eyes would watch the narrowed windows suspiciously.

Veska leans over the edge to look down at Corinne, and a small ghostly light appears next to her. She looks at, raising an eyebrow. "Are you sure? All right."
The light zooms down to Corinne, and a soft voice whispers in the courtesan's ear. "In life, I always knew where to place my feet. Feel my expertise, and do not fall again." The dhampir feels a little more sure and light on her feet, an unfamiliar confidence flowing through her.

From the now slightly concaved flagstones, Corinne coughs up some mortar and dust, before sitting up slowly. She smiles widely and nods to the very cute little ghost light, taking in it’s guidance. “Thank you, little buddy.” She nods her head respectfully to the departed spirit, before standing up and stepping out of her crater, walking over to her heels strewn several yards away. She stretches out her left wrist and rubs her shoulder blade a bit, muttering “that’s not going to feel very good for a couple days...”
once back up to the top, the dhampir adjusts her stance, keeping in mind what the ghost light told her, she remains doubly focused, keeping her center of gravity low, and directly on top of the stone bridge.

Area C14
Strips of loose wallpaper in this once-elegant salon are held into place by teeth jammed into the walls like makeshift staples. A folding dressing screen is patterned with lively scenes of a fat tooth fairy blessing subjects with a wooden scepter. A dressmaker’s dummy leans against it, wrapped in tulle and silk. A door leads south and another leads east. As you enter the room, the dummy jiggles, as if it's about to move.

Veska looks pleased as the spirit is able to assist Corinne. As the dummy jiggles, she turns her attention to it curiously. "Hello. Are you alive as well?"
Greydon gasped in surprise when Corinne would fall below. Their brows would knit in concern when they were unable to react in time to assist her. They themselves had a shaky time recovering for their traverse across. Though, grey hues watched in wonder when Vesak shared wisdom through her spirit to assist they companion. The way in which her magic and talents manifested and presented themselves were quite elegant. Greydon felt a sense of awe. With Corinne and the others safe, they’d take their position at the back to keep an eye on things.
Morticia takes a breath when she makes it over the bridge with relatively no issue, but when she turns around to watch everyone else, she watches with concern and thinned lips. She quietly thanks the Gods when Greydon manages themselves across, despite some moments where she was afraid of a fall. Veska made it across with no issues whatsoever, like she had walked something like this a million times before. Then came Corrine.
The rogue's eyes widened in horror when she sees the courtesan plummet, only for them to shut tight as her hands quickly covered her ears as to not see or hear the landing. After a few moments, she peaks an eye open then takes a curious glance down...
And breathes a sigh of relief to see Corrine still kicking. "Thank goodness..."
At the second attempt, Morticia bites her bottom lip and wishes Corrine the best, hoping the little wisp could give her the boost she needed. Thankfully, she made it across with no issues this time around.
Morticia follows along with the others, though when the dummy jiggles, she squeaks and hides behind Greydon... and peeks a bit when Veska starts speaking to it.
