Ecko seems unfazed by the strangeness of the situation. Rather, he seems excited - firstly, there was another mystery to solve. Second, everything was as chaotic as he remembers at the Omnismelter. They even had the unstable lighting! Lastly, the tune was admittedly catchy. He continues happily singing it like a broken record.
"Let's find that out, Eralynn!"Ecko enthusiastically speaks through the ditty. Acting on the rumor he heard, Ecko will strut towards where Crinkle's closet is. It takes a Kenku to know a Kenku. And Ecko knew the signs of a Kenku keeping a little hoard for themselves.
Garmus slaps his hands over his ears at the awful sound and can't look away from Ebder. "Gods! What's happening in here? We bein' haunted by some disgruntled bard?"
Eralynn follows along, a little nervous. The song was in her head, over and over. This small room is awash in the glow of thousands of fireflies. The luminescent insects flit around inside more than a dozen glass terrariums that fill shelves along the walls. A steady plinking noise results from their bouncing off the glass. Shallow wooden boxes are packed on the lowest shelves. A former supply closet for the scriptorium, this room appears to be outfitted by Crinkle for raising and caring for fireflies. The boxes on the lowest shelves contain vials of liquid nutrient for the insects.
Ecko's eyes light up brighter than the fireflies themselves. He quickly mills around the room and gawks over every single thing inside. "Isn't this fascinating?"
Eralynn looks at the camera. She didn't know dice go that high.
There is a loose stone in the floor beneath the lowest shelf on the east wall in Crinkle's room. Moving the stone aside exposes a pile of bones in a nook 5 feet across and 5 feet deep. Investigating the bones reveals two humanoid bodies. One of the skulls has a hole in the back of it.
"I think now is the time to find Crinkle(?) and get to the bottom of this..." she sang quietly after determining the cause of death. She then turned without another word in the direction of the Kenku.
Returning to the others in F2, Ysabell comes face to face with Crinkle and said to her directly, "We found something quite interesting in your room(?). I think it would be best if you were honest and revealed anything you might be hiding..." While her words were not particularly aggressive, Ysabell - and her Scythe - were radiating an aura of "Don't F*** with me".

"Remains?" Ebder gasps. He turns to Crinkle, skeptical. "Crinkle. Do you know anything about this?"Crinkle shakes his head no. He looks very scared and surprised.
Garmus uncrosses one arm to stroke his beard. He is getting the feeling that it's possible they don't know about the bodies. "How long ya all lived down here?" He looks at them with a raised eyebrow.
Ecko looks very confused. He knew Kenku. They weren't evil. Hoarders, yes, and weird, most certainly, but he doubts Crinkle did anything. He does his best to gather everyone in one room and speak to them all. Without getting distracted...was that a firefly?!? Ecko pulls himself together. "Right! Let's stop pointing fingers - or feathers, if you will - at people. K'tulah, you're researching folk lore, right? Do you know anything about this? Come on, people. Have we seen anything strange? I doubt any of us are responsible, and if we're going to do anything about it, we need to work together." Around halfway through, Ecko's gaze locks on a firefly that had escaped Crinkle's room.
"How long ya all lived down here?" He looks at them with a raised eyebrow. "Not very long, we've only been here-"Ebder starts, but Crinkle speaks up.
"This is all my fault. It must be that book."
What book?Eralynn writes, hearing the song in her head.
Crinkle sighed. "I love to collect all kinds of curios and baubles. Shemshime’s Bedtime Rhyme. That's the name of the book. With its intricate mechanical workings and charming music box, it was too tempting to resist. I've been Firefly Cellar’s cook for a long time, I discovered the book when it was selected to have its spine repaired as part of a restoration project involving this part of Candlekeep. I brought the book to my room and opened it. The music box started to play, and I..I guess I started some sort of curse!?"

(Assuming that Crinkle seems truthful) Ysabell calmed a bit as Crinkle told their story regarding the strange book they had found previously. Giving a look to the others, she turned back to Crinkle and sang, "Unfortunately, cursed books seem to be the norm around here; we've already dealt with more than a few... Can you show us where the book is? Maybe we can figure out how to remove the curse."
What the hell is happening? Eralynn writes nervously. Why can't we get this song out of our head?!
As if on cue, the fireflies in the lantern lights around the cellar wink out for a minute, then wink back on.

"Well, this is an unfortunate find." Ysabell commented as she made her way into the room and began to look around the space.
Medicine check? to see if there's anything unusual about the bones (particularly if either looks like a Kenku skull?): 18

Looks like a double suicide to you. Eralynn looks at Ysa with a very concerned look.

Crinkle, Ebder, Varnyr, and K'Tulah all turn and look at you very confused.

Crinkle stands up and backs away a foot. She is clearly afraid, and this accusation startles her, and she, now, looks more afraid.
Eralynn has a curious look on her face, but doesn't join in on the intimidation.
"What the devil are you talking about?" Ebder sighs, stopping from humming for a moment.
Garmus backs up Ysabell and glares at others, arms crossed in front of his chest, waiting for their explanation.
"We found the remains of two people hidden beneath the floor in that room." Ysabell replied.

Garmus grunts and nods in agreement with Ysa, not wanting to open his mouth and have another bout of song come out. This humming is bad enough!
