Donir pulls what appears to be a small wristwatch from his bag, and begins winding it. When he releases it, it begins ticking forward twice as fast as an ordinary timepiece would. As he clasps it around his wist alongside his other bracelet, his movements speed up considerably.

Fargoth wade splashes across the stream to the far side, enquiring on the way as to the condition of the arrow in the troll's corpse, and whether it is salvageable. He crouches low in some reeds, and raises a hand to show he is ready.
Moving to M1. Any interesting features on that side of the river to hide behind?
Patrin nods to the group, and moves off to the side, where he can find cover. When everyone is ready he casts Minor Illusion, mimicking the sound of the screaming troll, making the sound echo through the tunnel...
The members of the party ready themselves for the next phase of the encounter. Fargoth vanishes into the reeds on the western shore of the Rauvin (where he sees nothing of note), while the otherswait at cave entrance to see who or what responds to Patrin's auditory illusion. After a span of twenty seconds or so, the mouth of the cave is suddenly engulfed in a dense fog. Patrin loses sight of everyone, and, conversely, everyone loses sight of the dragonborn. No one can discern how far into the cave the fog cloud reaches.
The fog cloud is considered a heavily obscured area, which means vision is blocked entirely. A creature effectively suffers from the blinded condition when trying to see something in that area.
As the fog billows out, Donir holds fast, preparing for something to emerge, fist drawn back. He commands his homunculus to fly upwards, training its sights on the fog.
(Prepare action to punch anything that looks like a hag, troll, or other such giantish creature that emerges from the fog, bonus action is commanding the homunculus to do the same.)

Brevig, atop Ashento, frowns, and they back up 20' from the fog to P10, and he motions for Gwin and Donir to back up too. Brevig readies a morning star attack.
The party members strain their eyes and ears, hoping to detect anything that might be moving through the fog. For the better part of a minute, the only sound, the only movement, is the waters of the Rauvin. Then, at last, Donir hears something--possibly a foot?--hitting the ground somewhere within the cloud of fog. The noise is barely audible, but the hill dwarf has no doubt that something is approaching...
A fraction of a second later, something in the fog collides with Patrin. The creature, whatever it is, is large but moving slowly. The force of the impact is minimal, and the dragonborn remains steady on his feet. The size, smell, and foul breath of the creature are all the evidence Patrin needs to know that he stands within a few feet of another troll...
This situation is a bit tricky; I'd like to play it out as follows:
Donir and/or Patrin may act, in any order, for they are the only party members who are aware that a creature is nearby.
If, during their actions, either one of them alerts the other party members (which seems very likely), then Brevig, Gwin, and Fargoth may act. Brevig and Gwin could be alerted with something as small as a whisper; Fargoth, however, will need something a bit more obvious.
The party will act first, for they were waiting/expecting something like this to occur. The troll was not.
The fog negates any advantage or disadvantage on attack rolls because both attacker and target are suffering the same impairment.
Ashentoleaps towards the sounds coming from the fog, and continues in the same direction until Brevig’sblindsight 10’ kicks in and the mounted paladin sees whatever the enemy is. A troll, he assumes. Once in range and with "eyes" on the creature, Brevigshouts with a radiant voice, "Vanquish me alone or die trying!"and then Ashento leaps back out of the fog until Brevig and his steed are 25’ away from the creature. They whirl to face it.

WIS save for troll: 6 (unsuccessful, but I have doubts the troll will survive long enough to take up the duel...)
The fog provides no protection for the troll. Donir and his homunculus land an onslaught of blows, driving the monster backwards a few feet as they do so.

Fargoth watches the movements of the others as they converge on the creature, the flash of fire within the fog, to best calculate where to aim his shot. He aims high, in the hope that if he misses, his arrow won't strike one of the others.

Talk about being in lost a fog, Gwin mutters wryly to herself. The cleric imitates the actions of the others to whom the troll is obscured and aims her crossbow in the direction of the troll's roars.

Fargoth's arrow vanishes into the fog and the sound of it shattering against the hillside reaches everyone's ears. In the end, it is Gwin's crossbow that silences the troll's roar. No time for rest or celebration is afforded the party, however, for the annis hag, wild-eyed, rushes out of the fog and attempts to wrap her massive arms around Gwin...
Patrin nods ‘I could try that. Are we ready?’
Gwin positions herself closer to the mouth of the entrance (M11). I'm ready. As soon as they're close enough I plan on blinding them both.

Brevig nods. Still mounted, he waits at O-12, facing east. (assuming he could charge, mounted, as far as K-19).

Patrin stands very still...
He then uses two Eldritch Invocations. Both ‘Eldritch Sight’ (for Detect Magic) and One with Shadows (to turn Invisible).

This situation is a bit tricky; I'd like to play it out as follows:
Donir strikes at the source of the noise, shouting towards the others, and his homunculus fires off a beam of energy at it as well.
"Something just hit Patrin, either the troll or the hag!"
Held action punch(only one, since extra attack only applies on your turn): 28 Damage: 8
Held action homunculus blast: 20 Damage: 8
If he can then take his turn, he'll swing at it again, this time hasted up and with full attacks.
Attack1: 12 Damage: 8
Attack2: 20 Damage: 13
Attack3: 27 Damage: 11
Attack4: 19 Damage: 8
Homunculus Attack(it's unhasted, so just one): 20 Damage: 6
If any attacks hit, the troll has disadvantage on attacking anyone else. This is assuming he doesn't just punch Patrin like an idiot.

Ashento: If this maneuver takes up to 50' movement, Ashento dodges. If more, Ashento dashes.
