This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Randall:
Initiative: 1
Right before they begin to attack the goblins from behind, Randall casts Bless on the first three allies to attack with melee or ranged weapons (surprise round action).
He draws his mace and leaves his hiding place, headed to support his allies.
As soon as the horsemen pass bow shoots his heavy crossbow at the archer that is furthest away.
Attack: 9 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
After his shot he will move within 30ft; when one of the goblins attacks, and he rolls higher than 15, but below 20 on his attack roll I will use Blood Curse of the Eyeless as reaction, reducing that attack roll by 4
(@DM if you would like me to handle reactions differently than this way please tell so, I thought this was easiest method)

AstralObservatory has not posted in 2 days so we may have lost our Tortle. While we wait for WhiteByakko I just want to remind everyone that the 9 goblin archers are 50 feet away. So some will have to use their surprise round to move and dash in order to close to melee range. If they also wish to attack it will be considered to happen on the 2nd round of combat. Unless they have some feature or feat, or any other thing that might influence movement or attacks or whatever. If so, please state so in your post.
I'll give a few more hours for Syvis to roll init. then I'll bot his init. and move the combat along.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
OOC: That makes Petcan, Grim, and Bow who receive bless, as they were the first three to post melee or missile weapon attacks (bless doesn't apply to damage or save DC's, so he usually reserves it for people using weapons who have to roll to hit every time).
OOC: Also, with his low initiative roll, I will wait for Randall to post his first regular round of combat (non-surprise) until the enemies have gone for their first actions.
Depending on what init. Syvis gets you might be among the first 3 to attack and get the benefits of the Bless spell.

Fahrin seems surprised to be on the side doing the surprising.
(Petcan, Grim, and Syvis are up: ignore this if you've already posted what action you take on the surprise round.)
(edit: the first 3 attacks get the effects of Bless )
(2nd edit: (and last one for this post) Randall's Bless doesn't take effect until the end of the surprise round so it won't apply until round 2 since Randall goes last in the init. order.)

Both Petcan and Grim move and dash to each close within melee of 2 goblin archers each, if imagining a grid map then they would be diagonally NW and NE with N being right at the top.
(Hope that is more clarifying than confusing.)

And I'm moving close and teleporting the rest of the way to melee.
(Yeah, just waiting on Syvis' surprise action at init. 21... Eko and you are next with init. 15)

Poking his head out behind the trees, Syvis notices that the goblins were oblivious to their finding spot, giving them perfect advantage to strike first. He quietly brings his bow off his shoulder, his breath quietly as he nocks an arrow on the tightly pulled bowstring, aiming at one of the goblin archers and firing off.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Grim and Petcan spend their surprise round dashing and closing the distance between the goblin archers. They each end up engaging 2 goblins in melee.
Syvis fires from his hiding spot and strikes true, killing 1 of the goblins, actually spinning the goblin 360 before it slumps lifeless to the ground.
(Eko moves up 30 and now only 20 feet from the goblin archers casts Acid Splash on one of them. Goblin's DEX save: 3 )
(It is Ceo's turn, you can roll for your attacks and damages and stuff... next up is the Goblins!... but they don't do anything during the surprise round so Bow will fire his heavy crossbow and miss and Randall will cast his Bless to close out the round.
(So after Ceo posts his turn it will be the top of the order again with Fahrin.)

I can close some distance with Misty Step, then use my movement to get within melee range of my rapier.
Should I go ahead and roll for attack or wait for my initiative count?
Farewell.
