"Perhaps we can find something to boost his mind? A king must know things, and be wise."
(I was thinking we stay nearby for key events while he's taking over [e.g. telepathically feeding him lines for his speech, etc]. For later, maybe we can arrange for him to have something like those sending stones we have so that he can contact us for further guidance/advice/[orders].
We certainly don't want to give him any sort of permanent boost. We need a puppet, and can't risk accidentally creating a new monster)

There is a twisted piece of metal that at first looks broken but you realize can actually serve as a propeller for a little drone like device. You find some goggles under a large flat piece of metal and they allow you to see from the drone's location out to a range of 100 feet.

The more you practice with flying the drone the better you get. It's quite the novel little device.

"Anyone with coin can buy food. Some have few coins, some have many; some need little, some need much. Unfortunately it is not always those who need much who have the much coin. But that is the way of things. But we have gold, so if you see something that seems appealing, let me know and we can buy it."
