(OMG! I just checked and a goblin's passive perception is 9... I kid you not, lol.)
Right after squirming under the flap and into the tent you freeze as your eyesight adjusts to going from the brightness of outside to the dimness of inside and you think maybe the goblins are looking at you. But they are continuing to eat and laugh and pay you no mind.

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
(Yeah, that's what I mean the 9+1 beats their passive 9... they had no reason to be on the lookout for squirrels. To think, the fate of the campaign might hang in the balance of whether a squirrel can sneak by some goblins and you make the roll by 1, lol.)

Having to carry the packet, Tempe makes a bit more noise than normal, seeing the goblins look his way goblins, Tempe freezes, with a puffed up tail of alarm for a second. Seeing that they went back to what they were doing, he wonders, if it was a mass disbelief of seeing a squirrel in their mist. Tempe, tries to figure out what state of inebriation they are in, which one is king Moocus, and how, Tempe can deliver the cursed bazooka gum.
There is a rectangular table with three goblins seated to a side on folding chairs. At the head of the table, seated on a more sturdy, larger, and permanent chair sits an obese goblin who appears to be 'holding court,' as he is wearing a crown. The only other object of furniture is a wooden wardrobe off to the side. All the goblins are eating, drinking, and laughing... with an occasional shout by King Moocus when he feels someone is enjoying themselves too much or says something he disagrees with.
There are a lot of excited cries and shouts coming from outside. You remember the goblins were riled up over the flying carpet.
A couple of the goblins stand and move to the entrance of the tent to see what all the commotion is outside.

(From the druid Wild shape: You retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies, in addition to gaining those of the creature. If the creature has the same proficiency as you and the bonus in its stat block is higher than yours, use the creature’s bonus instead of yours. If the creature has any legendary or lair actions, you can’t use them.
With a +8 in stealth, I guess, I would of passed anyway but I loved the drama)
IC: In the tent, a rather stealthy speedy squirrel, tries to move unseen behind King Moocus 18 stealth. Once behind, he transforms (If he has enough room.) back to the druid, Ignis Tempestas. Crouching down to try and keep from being seen, covering Moocus's mouth he tries to shove the cursed gum into the goblins mouth, from behind.
With the noise from outside (and the high Stealth roll) you can get into position rather easily.
(Now what kind of roll would account for stuffing something into someone's mouth? A grapple contest?)
(If you want to make an argument for something else, let me know in a post.)

(Your choice, this is an improvised on the spot ruling that might get changed down the line... I'll see how it works out, but I feel that is fair to let you choose. An acrobatics roll would be a quick stuff it in his mouth before he can turn his head away or spit it out. And an athletics roll will be forcing it in his mouth and making him chew once or twice.)

You manage to stuff it into his gob and he tries to bite you in response but just ends up starting to eat the cursed item.
Those outside see what appears to be the wind rustling the black tent, but more and more goblins are scattering in a panic, and you realize there is something actually moving inside the tent.

Tempe turns lifting the back of the tent using his step of the wind to escape and disengage, grabbing the crown if he can.

"Not another bloody dragon, right?"
He immediately creates his protector canon and gives everyone on the carpet 6 temporary hit points.
