"Well, let's see," Kronk scratches just below his left horn for a couple of seconds, "if you're in a hurry, and when are adventurers not, heh? I can have the shield ready for tomorrow. The plate will take about 3 weeks."
He looks at your little friend, "What's his name's will take about 2 weeks if you want it to be functional, maybe a week or so if it's mainly meant to be decorative. What order do you want the armor in?"

Zenodor: "The small armour is to disguise someone as part of our plans to disrupt the Goblin Horde, and I think we have a volunteer for it but we want to keep his name and the plan a secret. So unfortunately that is all we can tell you. But I can assure you, the Goblin Horde will not be expecting this. (Z winks). What I can tell you is that the armour does not need to be functional or special. This is purely to look scary, but only decoratively. This will never be used in a real fight and there is a chance it might end up lost to us - so we do not want it to be something that could be of value when used against us. So we are thinking about a theatrical costume for a stereotypical powerful and perhaps even evil ruler. So, make it look the part - but no need to make it properly defensive or to imbue it with any useful magic."
(we don't want to accidentally give the Goblins some advanced magic armour to use against us)
"Alright, I think I have an idea of what you want, but when all's said and done and the need for secrecy has passed I want to hear the tale. We can share a few pitchers at a tavern and exchange some stories. There's nothing more entertaining that a good adventure story."

"Agreed," says Randall simply. He has kept a few identifiable pieces of the black dragon in his magic bag so that if they are questioned, they can prove they are the ones who defeated the wyrm.

Kronk also gives a final wave and as you depart around a corner you see him eagerly handling and sorting the dragon scales and other paraphernalia.
As you walk the streets on your way to (barracks? outpost? inn where you first met the general? make-shift outpost where you started before you ventured into the sewers?) you notice every 3rd store or home appears closed or abandoned, and there are very few people out and about for a city, especially one of this size.
After turning a corner down a narrow street between two main ones you see an elvish woman lying in the mud with a spilled basket of fruit next to her, she is surrounded by 8 thugs who are clearly the cause of the 'accident' as one kicks the basket out of his way and another is grabbing her by the arm rather roughly.
Roll Initiative please.

Randall:
What is going on here? Why would thugs attack an obviously well-trained and equipped adventuring group?
Insight: 31
Still, at least two of them have already swung at him…they must be reprimanded. Randall draws Lightbringer and attacks the first one who attacked, then conjures a Spiritual Weapon to smack the second one.

(Yeah, this seems like a very stupid decision on their part. But I guess the point really is to save the " elvish woman lying in the mud" who was attacked by them. So let's also avoid AOE attacks that might kill her)
