I will hide near bow. Everyone please remember that four of you have some bardic inspiration. The first four to quote this get the inspiration. That's fair right?

Grim gets down behind boulders, away from everyone else, trying for as much cover as he can get.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Randall:
Initiative: 1
Right before they begin to attack the goblins from behind, Randall casts Bless on the first three allies to attack with melee or ranged weapons (surprise round action).
He draws his mace and leaves his hiding place, headed to support his allies.
As soon as the horsemen pass bow shoots his heavy crossbow at the archer that is furthest away.
Attack: 9 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
After his shot he will move within 30ft; when one of the goblins attacks, and he rolls higher than 15, but below 20 on his attack roll I will use Blood Curse of the Eyeless as reaction, reducing that attack roll by 4
(@DM if you would like me to handle reactions differently than this way please tell so, I thought this was easiest method)

OOC: That makes Petcan, Grim, and Bow who receive bless, as they were the first three to post melee or missile weapon attacks (bless doesn't apply to damage or save DC's, so he usually reserves it for people using weapons who have to roll to hit every time).
OOC: Also, with his low initiative roll, I will wait for Randall to post his first regular round of combat (non-surprise) until the enemies have gone for their first actions.
Both Petcan and Grim move and dash to each close within melee of 2 goblin archers each, if imagining a grid map then they would be diagonally NW and NE with N being right at the top.
(Hope that is more clarifying than confusing.)
And I'm moving close and teleporting the rest of the way to melee.

I can close some distance with Misty Step, then use my movement to get within melee range of my rapier.
Should I go ahead and roll for attack or wait for my initiative count?
