 You can go ahead and roll if you'd like, I can retcon later if needed.

The blow glances off Cass’ armor, she growls and attacks the captain again.

“Birdie” will continue his onslaught.

If the netted officer still is alive, he will fire into their body until dead (with advantage due to being restrained).

If the netted officer was already dead, “Birdie” will Bonus action Fighting Spirit to not lose the advantage when firing at one of the shield guards.

After nearly emptying his entire revolver into him, Birdie finishes off the officer, who drops his rapier and revolver, and drops dead in his tracks. Gianna is up.

Gianna advances towards the closest enemy and tries to stab him in the guts!

Then she tries to kick him in the kneecap!

The four shield soldiers assemble into a wedge formation and plow through the room.

“Birdie” is impressed by their formation but lithely dances out of the way. I’m untouchable, he thinks to himself. As he gleefully spins away from the wedge, he thrusts his rapier at a soft spot on one of the shield soldiers as the pass.

Opportunity Attack: 10 Damage: 9 

He follows up by digging into his resolve firing again with his auto pistol.

Bonus action: Fighting Spirit

First shot Attack: 17 Damage: 12 

Second shot Attack: 26 Damage: 16 

Elven Accuracy shot 1: 8

With a twirl, backstab, and double-tap, Birdie dispatches a shield soldier in a single fluid motion.

Gianna or Cass are up.

Cass slices at one of the soldiers with her longsword

She also BA casts spiritual weapon again-  a glowing faintly curved longsword cracking with lightning appears and attacks the same soldier:

Gianna stabs at an injured soldier with poisoned spear.

Then follows up with an elbow smash to the face.

With a crack of lightning, Cass's spiritual sword smashes through the soldier's shield, opening a path for Gianna's spear and its accompanying elbow straight towards his face. The soldier is left with a bloody nose, but manages to avoid being poisoned.

Breaking formation, each remaining soldier squares off with the nearest pirate and they each make a jab with the sharp bottom of their mighty shields.

Birdie: Attack: 19 Damage: 3

Cass: Attack: 11 Damage: 3

Gianna: Attack: 10 Damage: 4

“Birdie” draws his rapier to engage in melee. He looks for creases in the opponent’s armor to slip the blade in.

He shifts slightly and attacks against.

Attack: 23 Damage: 11

Birdie does indeed find some creases. With two quick and confident slips of the blade, he fells his opponent.
